CPROP aims to eliminate the largest inefficiencies associated with residential real estate transactions by merging the transparency and trust enabled by blockchain technology with its proprietary plug-and-play workflow management platform. By white labeling our platform to existing property portals around the world, we accelerate our speed to market while helping our portal partners increase their revenue opportunities and competitive differentiation.
For property buyers, CPROP removes anxiety associated with long-distance transactions by providing blockchain-authenticated documents, smart contract escrows, process automation and options to choose user-rated service providers. To date, CPROP has signed agreements with property portals in Asia, the Middle East and Europe that serve to validate its go-to-market strategy and provide a pathway to revenue and scale. CPROP brings blockchain technology into the mainstream of global real estate while enhancing the integrity of the property closing process.

ICO Starts – 05/07/2018
Ticker – CPROP
Accepted currencies -> ETH and BTC
ICO Date: June 21 – July 10 is presently the schedule we have announced for the ICO. Due to the substantial momentum we’ve now built in the private sale, we just decided to back peddle on this schedule slightly so as to not prematurely shut off that momentum and use the June 21 start date to announce the official opening of the whitelist (we have added a section to the current KYC site that allows approved registrants to indicate the amount of ETH they intend to invest, thus reserving their allocation.) Beyond June 21, we intend to simultaneously evaluate our progress in closing the private sales together the rate at which ETH “indications” are accumulating via the whitelist to zero in on the best time to officially start the ICO, most likely 2 – 3 weeks beyond June 21.
